Windows 8 ဟာ Windows 7 ထက္ပိုေကာင္းေအာင္ ေရးဆြဲထားတဲ႔ System တစ္ခု ၿဖစ္ၿပီး တခ်ိဳ႔ ေနရာေတြ မွာ Windows 7 ကဲ႔သို႕ မပါလာ တဲ႔ Tool ေတြရွိပါတယ္. Windows 8 မွာ အဓိက မပါရွိတာေတြ ကေတာ႔  Net Framework 3.5 , Windows Start Menu နဲ႕ Gadget ေတြ ၿဖစ္ပါတယ္. ဒါေၾကာင္႔ Microsoft က Windows 8.1 ကို ထပ္မံ ေရးဆြဲ ခဲ႔ၿပီး Windows 7 ကဲ႔သို႕ Net Framework 3.5 , Windows Start Menu တစ္ခါတည္းပါ ရွိေအာင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခဲ႔ ၿပီး Net Framework 3.5 ကို က်ေတာ႔ Windows 8.1 မွာ Offline အေန နဲ႔ Install လုပ္ႏိုင္ခဲ႔ပါတယ္. လုပ္နည္းမသိ ေသးတဲ႔ မိတ္ေဆြ ေတြ အတြက္ ၿပန္ရွင္းၿပ ခ်င္ပါတယ္.

ကၽြန္ေတာ္ တို႔ Windows 8.1 တင္ၿပီး တာ နဲ႔ Net Framework 3.5 မရေသး ပါ ဒါကို အဓိ က Install လုပ္ဖို႔လိုအပ္ပါတယ္ဗ်ာ. ဘာေၾကာင္႔လည္း ဆိုေတာ႔ Net Framework 3.5 မရွိေသး ရင္ တၿခား Program Install လုပ္ဖို႔ မၿဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါၿပီး ဒါေၾကာင္႔ Net Framework 3.5 က မၿဖစ္မေန လိုအပ္ပါတယ္. လုပ္နည္းကေတာ႔ မိတ္ေဆြ တို႔ တင္ တဲ႔ Windows 8.1 ISO ေခြထဲ က Windows 8.1 ISO\sources\sxs တစ္ဖိုင္ လံုး ကို Copy ကူးၿပီး မိတ္ေဆြ တို႔ တင္ထားတဲ႔ (Windows) C\ အထဲ ကို paste လုပ္လိုက္ပါ. ၿပီးရင္ ဒီ Code ေလးကို Copy ကူးၿပီး
 Dism /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFX3 /Source:C:\sxs /LimitAccess
.bat နဲ႔ Save လိုက္ပါၿပီး ရင္ Run as administrator နဲ႕ Run လိုက္ပါ ဒါဆိုရင္ေတာ႔ Windows 8.1 အတြက္ Net Framwork 3.5 ရပါၿပီးဗ်ာ.
Start Menu အတြက္ကေတာ႔ Program အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး ေပၚရွိေနတာေၾကာင္႔ အားလံုးနီးပါ Start Menu ရေနပါလိမ္႔မယ္. ကဲ ဒီ Program ေလး  ကေတာ႔ Windows  8 မွာ Windows 7 လို  Gadget  ျပန္သံုးခ်င္တဲ႔ မိတ္ေဆြ ေတြ တဲ႕ Gadget မရွိရင္ မသံုး တတ္တဲ႔ မိတ္ေဆြ ေတြ အအတြက္ Windows 8  Gadget ေလးပါဗ်ာ.“
